“Newsletter Not Found” error message

When I try to create a newsletter, it will not save or send.

I can access the plugin, look at past newsletters, and get into the editor to create a new newsletter, but it will not allow me to save or send that new newsletter. When I select the template, it says “successfully updated” but it has not actually updated because when I click save, it refreshes the page and brings me back to the template selection screen. When I hit “send now” it brings me to a mostly blank page that says “Newsletter not found.”

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I appreciate any help! Thank you!

I can send the new newsletter as a test email, but I cannot save it or send it to subscribers.

I can also duplicate an old newsletter and edit that to include new information, save, and send that duplicate, but I cannot create a new newsletter. If I have to use this workaround, that’s fine, but I would like to know how to fix the issue of creating a new newsletter.
