    HI

I did send my first newsletter a few days ago.
The most domains did receive the newsletter emails (hotmail domains, gmail domains, and 2 other company domains).
BUT the 3th company domain name: nobody did receive the newsletter.
ALL 636 mails are successfully send the application tells me. But still more then 100 mails are not received for that 3th particularly domain.
Do u have any idea where i can look at? If i send a normal mail with outlook to that domain the mail is send and received offcourse.
any idea or what I can do to fix this?

Hi, probably it’s a spam filter on that domain, you should ask them to check the spam folder to see if, at least, the email is received. If not, it is probably dropped. There is not much you can do if they have your domain or sending IP in their blacklist.
You can try to use an SMTP service if your provider gives you the mailboxes for your domain or a delivery service like SendGrid, Amazon SES, Mailgun, …

    The SOLUTION was in DirectAdmin:
Use this server to handle my emails.
If not, change the MX record and uncheck this option.

I UNCHECKED this on my 3th domain name.
