    Hi All,

We managed to get the Newsletter plugin working and we have been successful for over one year now. We purchased the professional license.
We have issues with new subscriptions though: many never receive an email, most subscribers do.

But since 5 days now, not a single email is sent out, also not the test mail from the dashboard.
We have changed the sender email and updated the license key but we are at a loss as to where to check. We also installed WP Mail Logging and all mails seem to leave the wordpress realm without error, but none arrive at the receivers.

We are running WP 6.8.2 and Newsletter 8.9.4.
    Out site address is birdsasart-blog.com.

    Any help or suggestions appreciated.

I just tried to post the text below.  Either there is no submit button or I am blind or stupid. So I hit enter but that does not see to work. Please help and thank you. artie

Hi Michael, I think I opened a ticket, including this forum thread number and a temporary admin link. I am not sure if the ticket submitted. Note that we bought a license more than 12 months ago: must we renew the license every year?

    thanks for your help

Michael,  I appreciate that you are trying to help.  But it would help of you read what I wrote above:

“I just tried to post a ticket.   Either there is no submit button or I am blind or stupid. So I hit enter but that does not see to work. Please help and thank you.”

    Then this:

“So after I write the ticket how do I get it to post or send????”

Are you seeing an active license at this account:
    samandmayasgrandpa@att.net.

    Hello Artie,

no, there’s no active or expired license under that email address. Maybe you subscribed with another address, but anyways if you know that you subscribed more than a year ago than your license would be expired and that’s the reason why you can’t submit a ticket from your account area. Only users with an active paid license can do that. In your first reply you said you were a customer, that’s why I suggested to open a ticket with us.

Anyways, I can help you here. If you perform a test delivery from the Help panel, do you get that email?

Hi Michael, we originally ordered a license under samandmayasgrandpa@att.net. Last week however we changed it to birdsasart@icloud.com since we are regularly experiencing problems with the att.net account.

Question: do we have to renew the license very year ?

    Hello,

yes, I found your account under birdsasart@icloud.com. I also saw you just bought a new license (yes, they are annual licenses so you need to renew each year, a renewal email will be sent to you a couple of weeks before your expiration date).

Now you should also be able to open a ticket from your account page.

Hi Michael,  We renewed the license and found that NL still DOES NOT WORK.

We opened a ticket. Here is some additional info:

Following up.  Some of the comments above are from my Webmaster Peter Kes. I am the account owner.  My account was under samandmayasgrandpa@att.net.  When the mails quit sending last week, he changed the account to birdsasart@icloud.com.  The problem might have been the result of my NEVER receiving an e-mail letting me know that my professional license had expired. We were left in the dark.

So I have been unable to send blog post notifications for more than a week and am losing money every day.  Please help.  And again, we used Newsletter for 15 months with only very minor problems.

    I just posted this there:

We changed everything back to samandmayasgrandpa@att.net.  I prepared a new draft and saved it and sent two test e-mails several times. They never arrive.

    We still need help urgently.
