So I installed Newsletter onto a webpage I’m managing a few weeks back. Everything worked as it should, test newsletters, confirmations etc. worked. However yesterday, just about to launch, I stopped working. Using the diagnostics emails in the top panel only one email arrives (it says 3 should arrive.) Test emails doesn’t show up (no matter the content (ie. no spam trigger words)
Right before I changed some DNS settings on the page. Thinking this was the problem, I rolled the changes back, but the problem persists.
I’m a bit at a loss here. Any ideas?
Hi, do the tests from the status panel. Probably your provider is blocking you, have you asked them?
About the DNS, I don’t understand which setting you could have changed from the plugin (correct me if I understood wrongly). If you added an SPF record to the DNS in the wrong way that could be a problem of email rejected.
