Hello,
we installed the plugin, added some subscribers, prepared a newsletter, clicked on “send” and the systems says that 1. the newsletter was sent and reached “0 of 0” subscribers.
We also did a “send test mail” in the System -> Delivery Diagnostic which works fine.
What can we do as a next step to debug? Thank you
Hi, 0/0 means the filters set on that newsletter do not extract any subscriber: could you kindly review them?
