    The newsletter plugin says I have an active license, and this is true. I renewed it last May.
    But when I go to the newsletter plugin website and login it doesn’t recognize my license and as such I can’t submit a priority ticket for the issue I am experiencing right now with sending newsletters.

    I really urgently need support. I also e-mailed through the contact form but just receive a generic message. Really don’t know what to do now 🙁

    Hi, the account “Sieste” used to write this support request is not associated with a license. Probably it has been associated to another email address.
    Can you write me privately at stefano [at] thenewsletterplugin.com so we can find out which is the correct account?
