Hallo, mein Name ist Nicole. Ich habe das Newsletterplugin auf einer Kundenwebsite hinterlegt.
Es geht um folgendes Anliegen: Die Kundin nutzt aktuell die kostenlose Version und arbeitet sehr gut damit. Künftig möchte sie jedoch gezielt Leads generieren und benötigt dafür erweiterte Funktionen.
Konkret geht es darum, ob es möglich ist, mehrere unterschiedliche Formulare zu erstellen und darauf basierend verschiedene Welcome-Mails zu hinterlegen. Diese Welcome-Mails sollen je nach Formular bzw. je nach Liste, in die sich jemand einträgt, unterschiedlich aufgebaut sein.
Ist diese Funktion mit der Pro-Version möglich oder wird dafür ein anderes bzw. erweitertes Paket benötigt?

Hello Nicole,
you can create how many forms as you need to, but at the moment welcome email is unique among all forms. However, by using our Autoresponder addon you can set up a customized welcome series for each form, it would work like this, more or less:
1. Subscribers sign up to a customized form
2. They get assigned to a particular list
3. That list triggers the Autoresponder email series
4. The subscriber receives a personalized serie of emails (can be just one, of course) with any content you’d like to send him.Michael
