Mobile sign up not working

Hey! I am new to all of this, and searching for other users with this same issue isnt working.

I can sign up for our newsletter on desktop without any issues, but I cannot use the mobile site to sign up. It takes the information and then just says: Submitting….

Can anyone help me fix this?

Hi, could you share the site where there is the subscription form? The submitting… word is not part of our plugin, maybe there is a custom form.

I can’t see any custom fields. I believe I just used the standard form.

Hi, your site is converting the pages to the AMP format, and the form is not converted in the right way to be compatible with AMP. I don’t know of possible solutions right now.
