Mailgun: Special characters inserted, email full of symbols

Since I started using the Mailgun extension, I’ve had problems with special characters. Before, the Newsletter Plugin apparently converted them to regular characters, and I didn’t have this problem. Things like quote marks come out as “Let’s” instead of “Let’s”, for example.

It’s a real pain to have to go through the newsletter and replace each of those manually before sending. How can this problem be addressed?

Hi, Newsletter does not convert the characters. But where do you see those wrong characters? In the received email from mailgun? Or in the editor? The encoding you see is a bad interpretation of a regular utf-8 enconding and mailgun should absolutely manage it.

I wonder if the problem is before we send the email to mailgun.
