He, we are using you plugin for years,
since 9.2.5 , when we send a newletter, it seems to be fine, and then delivery stops after 16 email, we have made no modifications, we use mailjet , and if we roll back to 9.2.4, everything works fine again ,
we tried many times and it always stop at 16 mail send, there is not log or no error shown,
it just start sending like usualy, ” the first batch will be delivered…..”
it show the progress bar 0/9000 send
and after a few time it shows that sending is 100% complete and the progress bar show 16/16 like if the list was only 16 users, but there is more than 9000 users
, it send only to the 16 first users ( in alphabetical order a mail adresses )

    Hello,

this is rather weird. Are you 100% sure you don’t have a targeting filter in place?

Also, please try to set logs level to debug and let us have a look at those. You can find log level settings in Settings > Advanced.

Same here, after whichever update to the automated system and newsletter sending system, emails are now stopping at 17% or later at other precentages with ‘server delivery error’ in email ‘send to’. I took a whole morning cleaning the database trying to fix the issue, which has never happend before. I have to constantly restart the send, both sending newsletters (via brevo) or Content notifications. It would be good if there was a continue on error service but this does not appear in any settings. This has been happening since beginning of May i think.

Please take these reports seriously and fix!

    Regards
    Dane

    Hello Dane,

we do take these reports seriously, but again, without a look at the logs it’s hard to tell what’s happening. Try to set logs level to debug and let us have a look at those. You can find log level settings in Settings > Advanced.
