We have noticed that the button links to content in our newsletters are all HTTP and not a secure HTTPS. I tried to disable tracking to see if it changes anything but the URL path remains the same. This is resulting in some clients getting a security warning on their end when clicking on any of the newsletter links. I cannot seem to find any settings that seem to address this issue, either within Newsletter or WordPress (which is already set to HTTPS).
We are also using SENDGRID to help push out our list, not sure if that impacts this issue.
Hi, the shared link is not a tracking link by Newsletter, is probably a tracking link by SendGrid, youshould check with them. Our tracking links point directly to the site address.
If you can copy here a real link (the one shared seems redacted) we can open and track it to see if we can find out more information.
The the url url9557.getfea.com ends in the sendgrid network, probably you added the custom domain tracking on sendgrid and then installed the CNAME record on your DNS so they can manage the sub domain.
Ask them if tyhey can enable the HTTPS, it’s not something you can do on your side, since the links are managed by SendGrid.
