Link to view latest email in a browser?

Is there a link that can be used that will always show the latest email newsletter in a browser? I know you can use this link:
http://www.website.com/?na=v&id=48
if you have the newsletter id number. However, it would be useful to have a link that would always show the latest newsletter. That way, you can provide it on the website as an example for people to look at, and it would always be up to date.
