    Hello. My organization purchased an Essentials plugin license on 12/03/2025. From what I have reviewed on the pricing website, a license should be valid for one year. However, on the plugin dashboard and our account page, our license is showing as expired. We should have roughly five months left on on our license, which should expire on 12/03/2026. Can anyone give me some insight on what may be going on? Thanks in advance.

    Hello, 

    your original purchase has been made on 03/12/25, so it expired three months ago. 

    If you want, you can buy a new license directly from your account area.
