Lack of Features Not Good for EU Merchants

I tried your newsletter plugin since most EU merchants went for this plugin. But the problem of this plugin is that its lacking in important parts like:
*Modifying email messages for different purpose(like in contests landing pages)
*Modifying the shortcodes like [newsletter_form] this one lacks of creativity not good for promotions
*Different Email templates in “Welcome Email” and “Thank You Email”

And you developers claim that this plugin is good for marketing?look my German client is really disappointed with these lack of features you have and also you support team isn’t good either.
