    Hi,

A couple of questions on the links in the newsletter sent out from the plugin, it seems the links get automatically expired after one or two weeks since a newsletter was sent out. When clicking on one of the links, it throws “invalid newsletter” error. I know that it happens when the newsletter is not valid or deleted. But it occurs also for those newsletters that have not been deleted. Is it done by default? How is it configured? If so, can you please write me here a code snippet to extend the expiration time? (function.php)

The second question is about the logs, is there any possibilities to check the logs on “invalid newsletter”?

    Hello,

no, as long as the newsletter remains active those links shouldn’t expire. May I ask you how did you check this issue?

    Hello Michael,

One of the newsletter recipients emailed us that the links in the newsletter did not work, although the newsletter had not been deleted.

Could the firewall trigger the “invalid newsletter” error?

    Hello Rand,

do the same links work for other subscribers, then? Did you try them yourself?

    Michael
