Impossible to edit in the drag and drop composer

Hello,
I’m trying to set up my newsletter, but when I click on the yellow pencil nothing happens. So it’s impossible to edit the different part of the newsletter. I’d like to choose the number of posts to be disolayed, change the title of the blog part… Nothing can be edited.
