Import list format add faculty field

I would like to know if it’s plausible to add a faculty field after the gender, in order to use it later on in the targeting where I will be able to send for example for the faculty of medicine.

No, there are not custom field that can be set during the import. But you should create a list “faculty of medicine” and then import the contacts setting that list.
