I am using 3 fields in the “Extra Profile Fields”.
Data for approx 400 records was exported as a CSV file and match to TNP. The import work ok with the exception that these three fields were not populated.
Re-importing was attempted several time without success. There are too many records to edit manually. So, what’s the trick in having ALL fields imported.
I welcome your timely advice. Thanks!
Can we please have a suggestion on how to solve this as we are holding up dispatch of our first email newsletter using TNP.

I have a simple request and a lack of an answer is preventing us using this product.
Surly we do not have to upgrade to receive this answer and determine if the product is fit for task?

I posted a simple request for a solution to an import problem ONE MONTH AGO and no courtesy of support or advice!
What do I need to do to receive acknowledgement and a solution.
This does not instill confidence in the product to upgrade to if this is the level of support and respect provided.
Come on guys lift your game!
The export is not compatible with the input format (see the documentation). Input format examples are specified in the import panel and extra profile fields are actually not supported.
