    Hi What ever we try to upload our Email Database
    a) copy and paste emails manually
    or
    b) upload CSV file
    it seems that this is a limitation for the upload – sometime we can upload 3000 Emails manually – sometime only 1000 by css file upload –
    how can we solve this problem !
    We are working with the newest WP release and your actual software !

    PLS help – our file has 55000 Emails inside (only emails no other data ! )
    Thanks a lot for your help we really appreciate your support and amazing tool !

    If you can import so little amount per batch I suspect the provider has limitation on your database. Since your list is rather important, are you sure the hosting plan you have is enough powerful?

    Anyway, you can always split the list is small batches and import them, ia an one off work… may be a little boring but to one time.

    Another thing: when importing Newsletter try to remove provider limitations like time limits, but not all providers let to change that value.
    Check in the status panel if there’s a KO on time limit setting.

    You can even set Newsletter in debug mode (main settings panel) and check for php error logs in the status panel which could report possible problems.

    We have no bigger restrictions – file size is 2 MB to import
    Thie is the debug mode – after pressing enter to import the scree is working for 10 seconds – then return with a black screen ? ANY Idea ?
    Can I import the emails by FTP ???
