    When importing CSV file I get this message:
    ‘Import completed: 0 errors, 0 added, 0 updated, 0 skipped.’

    Please let me know how to solve this.
    Can’t find any explanation in the documentation.

    me too , the same problem and i have only email adresses without names and ….
    I try out to convert it to Semicolon and comma file.

    pls Help

    I have the same problem when i try to import CSV file, I get this message:

    Me to I have the same problem when i try to import CSV file, I get this message:
    ‘Import completed: 0 errors, 0 added, 0 updated, 0 skipped.’
    Or my dashboard turns black and i have to reload the pagde to get back.
    How to solve this ?
