Hello to all,
We have designed a HTML layout. During the creation and test trials everything worked great. However, when we sent the newsletter to all subscribers yesterday, the newsletters has no sent HTML Layout. When I copied the same newsletter today, with the same settings, it didn’t work again.
Do you have any idea what the reason is? This is of course very frustrating for the customer.
