How to get confiration email when somebody registers?

Is there a way that I get a confirmation/notification email for every user that registers for the newsletter? I would like to be notified and not have to login every day to see if somebody new registered or not.
Is there maybe a add-on that can do that?

You can enable the notificaiton on the “subscription” configuration panel.
