How to divide different language subscribers?

Hello,

I installed the plugin in this site: https://www.dreamsmanifestationinstitute.com/contact/

I created also 2 lists. List 1 = English and List 2 = Polish. Set to show even on subscription forms.

I would like the languages to be selectable in the:
-contact form 7 form
-Leads popup
-Widget

How can I do that?

The stardard widget should already show the optional lists, just use the standard one not the minimal one.

It doesn’t have the “name” field… how to add it?

In CF7 I added the following line:
<p> I want to receive the newsletter in [checkbox list_1 “English”] [checkbox list_2 “Polish”]</p>
But as you can see here: https://www.dreamsmanifestationinstitute.com/contact/ the checkboxes are not appearing.

In wp-admin/admin.php?page=newsletter_subscription_lists the Eglish is List 1, the Polish is List 2. Did I do anything wrong?

Hi, see the answer to the ticket. The problem is almost surely the double quotes used in the tags which are not actually “real” double quotes.
