How to confirm subscribers

Hey everyone,

I have a short question:

does anyone know how to turn the subscribers on confirmed after them clicking the confirmation link in the email?

I am using double opt-in but if the subscriber wants to receive the newsletter he is supposed to click on the link
in the mail he got. But unfortunately, he is not confirmed automatically.

Hi, the confirmation is automatic of course. have you the latest version of Newsletter installed? Just to know where to look for possible problems.

I will update my version and then check it again.
But it is supposed to work even with disabled welcome mail right?
