How get a subscription-form with email AND name?

    Hi there,
    I’m rather new to this plugin and I nowhere found to get custom subscription form.

    At the moment I’m using {subscription_form}, but that only displays a form-field for email.
    I want to have one more form-field for name.

    I tried out {subscription_form_1,2,10} but nothing happened.

    I didn’t find any manuel to get this. Only this page
    But there is no similar shortcode like {subscription_form}.

    You can configure the form field in the form fields configuration panel. You can eventually use the shortcodes (see the documentation on this site) to create custom forms.
