    I’m already logged in, but when I go to Support/Support Ticket, it gives a link to log in again, and says I can’t get premium support without logging in. So, I click the link and log in again, but it’s a vicious circle, as going to Support/Support Ticket results in the same thing. Very annoying! Please help.

    Hi, associated to “jamminjames” I cannot find a valid license. Are you sure you bought the license with that account?
