    Hello there,

    First of all, I want to congratulate your team for this great plugin.
    I’m on a test period on it and it seems to do great job since now.

    I’ve got a question about harbounced emails: I’m using Brevo (ex sendinblue) to send the newsletters and I’ve installed and activated the Brevo addon.
    It works well as the mail adress that has hardbounced is now flagged as “rejected” in my subscribers list.

    However, in the newsletter stats, this rejected email is still counted as “delivered” one…
    Is this the correct behaviour of the plugin or is there something wrong in this case as a harbounced mail is considered as delivered?

    Hi, it happens since we’re not able to track, tight now, the bounce to a single newsletter.

    Thanks for this quick answer.

    So this mean that every time there will be harbounceds, the stats will not be accurate, and we’ll have to take it into account when analysing the statistics…

    Is this really a global technical limitation, or will this be working with the premium report add-on ?

    seems like you *might* be able to use bounce emails like this for that?

    bounce+4324324@yourdomain.com

    where 4324324 is the mailing list?

    Hi, no, that is a fake address by the provider, it is not the code of a newsletter.
