I am using a third-party emial capture plug-in (Thrive Leads) that is currently working well with Mailchimp and would like to continue to use it (thriveLeads) to send new email addresses to the Newsletter Plug-in.

I copied the HTML found under the “SUBSCRIPTION FORM FIELDS AND LAYOUT: menu item, (Standard form code).

Then I pasted it into the Thrive Leads form field that lets a user connect to a service. I was able to create the form and test it and it works to pass the subscriber to the Newsletter Plug-in subscriber list.

    All good so far.

BUT. The form prints “ne” in the space where a user should enter their email.

How can I get the form to display “email” instead of “ne”?

I very much want to purchase the Premium extensions and use this for my newsletter solution, but this problem is a roadblock for that.

    thank you,

    L

Did you end up figuring this out? I’m debating purchasing thrive leads also and integrating it…

Yes, I was able to use Thrive Leads by changing the form display manually in the settings. Not ideal but it works.
