Goodbye message is not shown

Hi,
In the newsletter I integrated the link to {unsubscription_confirm_url}.
I also added a Goodbye message in the settings.
But if I click the {unsubscription_confirm_url} the Goodbye message is not shown. Instead of the goodbye message I’m forwarded to the site with the subscription form.
The unsubscription is documented, but I do not get the goodbye message.
It is confusing if the goodbye message is not shown. How can I solve this problem?

I found the solution: the dedicated Page not only contained the [newsletter] shortcode! Now as I only inserted this shortcode everything works fine:-)

Hi there,

I have a custom template for my newsletter and I have written the shortcode: [newsletter_form form="1"] and the unsubscribe option doesn’t work. It takes the user to the newsletter page with no option to unsubscribe.

Hi,
the shortcode: [newsletter_form form="1"] should not be added on the dedicated page. On the dedicated page should just be the [newsletter] shortcode.
Insert the [newsletter_form form="1"] shortcode on an other page. This solved the problem I had in this connection.
