    Hi there, I sent a test newsletter to a test subscriber and I receive this weird text as shown in this Imgur link: https://i.imgur.com/qaU18qu.jpg

    It looks like this is the “alt text.” How can I fix this?

    Add a line of text on top of your newsletter, the so called “preheader” since clients extract a line of text from email to show a preview. That could be the problem.

    Hi Stefano, thanks for your help.

    Now, my test e-mails won’t send at all. How might I solve this?
