Fatal error while sending a newsletter

Hi i send today newsletter from multiple sites.
Most worked well, but some newsletters give all of the sudden this problem:

Please check the Newsletter plugin Help/Sending for more details. The error description is: Header value must be a string or array of strings but int provided.

I dont think i have changed anything.
What could cause this?

Hi it seems an error with a delivery provider, are you using an SMTP plugin or a delivery addon?

Yes, i use Amazon SES.
I now see this message: One or more newsletters have been blocked due to severe delivery error. Check and restart.

If you use the amazon ses addon, please open a ticket from your account page since the problem could be inside the addon. Or are you using Amazon SES connected with an SMTP plugin?

If you click on a newsletter with an error from the newsletter list, you should have the error details reported on top of the page.

It’s weird to have that error (Header value must be a string or array of strings but int provided) only on some newsletters. Are they standard newsletters or generated with the Automated addon?
