Extra field importing, managing, filtering

Hello, i need to import a subscribers list with common field and 1 extra field. (Name, Surname, email + PreferredJuice)
I’ve created a new list (test) and added the extra field and a csv file to import with all fields, but after importing i can’t find the extra field.
My question is:
How can manage the extra field in a list for importing, subscribing and filling by the form?
And, it is possible to send a newsletter filtering by an extra field?

as far as I understood only subscribing by website makes it possible to use the extra fields. Would be great wen it also worked by list import.
