    I can see the import button, but I cannot see the export one.

    I am running the latest version of WP and Newsletter.
    What might be wrong? I have looked your help pages and only find explanations for importing but never for exportings contacts or lists. thank you for your help.

    Hello,

    which version of Newsletter are you currently using? Import/Export tool is available at the main menu under Subscribers.

    Oh, another thing: I took for granted that you installed the Addon Manager and Import/Export free addon, is that right?

    Hello,
    thank you fot your reply. I am using Newsletter 8.6.4, and yes, the Addon MAnager ans IMport/export free addon are installed. I cannot see the Import/Export tool under Subscribers. It goes from Subcribers, Lists and Settings.

    Hello,
    Thank you for your interest in my problem.
    I managed to resolve it. I deleted all the extra Newsletter plugins (from the paid version), upgraded my PHP to 8.1, and now I can see the Import/export plugin.

    Sorry, I’m just reading this post. I need to export my contacts. I downloaded the free add-on, but it only allows me to import, not export. I haven’t renewed my license yet because we’re redesigning the entire service. How can I fix this?

    Hi, once the addon is installed on the “top” menu the last voice is “export”, there you can export the subscribers.

    Ma che versione dell’addon è installata? Secondo me è una versione vecchia, scaricate una verisone aggiornata dalla pagina account, anche l’aspetto della barra superiore è diverso da quello corrente. Che versione è riportata nella lista dei plugins?
