“Error while installing” message when installing Advanced Import

I get “Error while installing” message when installing Advanced Import.

How do I diagnose this? How do I fix it?

Hi, try to get the package from the account page in this site and upload it from your plugins panel. It that does not work, you need to check with the provider the error reason.

same here. Your solution works, but hard to find this page: maybe update the error message with “please install manually from thenewsletterplugin.com/account/downloads” would help (it works, manually).

The error message is from WP, we cannot change it 🙁
