If i’m trying to install Automated or any addons i’m getting “error while installing” and not able to install the addons.
We have taken blogger premium in that we can use upto 3 sites so first i have installed on staging environment there it’s working fine but the same thing when i tried on live website then i’m unable to install addons,please resolve this as soon as possibleHi, please, try to get the zip package of automated from your account page and install directly the zip adding a new plugin and uploading it from the WP admin side.
If that works it could be a connection problem between your blog and our download service.
Kindly, open a support ticket from your account page so a technician can look at the issue and help to solve the problem.
