Error Messages subscription.php

After updating the plugin I am getting the following error output:

Notice: Undefined index: email in /home/public_html/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/subscription/subscription.php on line 1130

Notice: Undefined index: name in /home/public_html/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/subscription/subscription.php on line 1130

Notice: Undefined index: name_rules in /home/public_html/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/subscription/subscription.php on line 1168

What would be the cause of this?

Hi it sounds like the default settings has not been applied on first installation. Enter the subscription fields config. panel and save those warning should get off.

I fixed this issue by Deactivating the plugin and then Activating it again.
Also I did update the WordPress installation previously one of those two things seems to have brought about this issue.
