Error from popup “No axction specified”

im getting below error when i tried to use the popup window registration. 

 “No axction specified”

What can be the problem?

Hi Michael, is there any update on this error? According to our logs, there are no new subscribers since September 24th, when we had new registrations every day. I tried to roll back to other versions of your plugin, but the error still persists.
