Empty name fallback not working

Hi there,
I’m a new user of the Newsletter plugin (9.1.7) with the WPForms addon (1.4.1). I’ve tested the {name} tag, but I cannot get the fallback to work. If I understood correctly, I need to set it in Forms/Standard. Since I use WPForms and not the standard form, is that why it isn’t picking up the fallback? Is there any other workaround that I can use?

Nevermind, it works!
(I set the first name placeholder instead of the fallback option at the very bottom)

Hello Manuela,

the fallback option works only when the standard Newsletter form is used to sign up. If you use Wp Forms, there should be an option there to set it, but I must check. I’ll get back to you.
