Email received but not visible in subscribers list on wordpress

I receive emails on my site zvvt.nl for new subscribers but in the list on wordpress their details are not visible.

I also receive these issues
There are issues with the delivery engine.

The scheduler is a WordPress component that executes background tasks (publish future post, run backups, send newsletters, …).
Here some steps you can consider if the scheduler has issues.

Check the site health panel and try to solve the issues identified by WordPress in your site – (the issues are just updating themes and plugins which i’ve done)
Install the WP Crontrol plugin which shows all the scheduled jobs and delays (done
Configure an external cron service (if you have a license you can use our cron service)
