    Hello,

    I have a question: is it possible that when I look at the emails sent to a subscriber, the system indicates that they have all been sent?

    Most of them have been read and marked as such, and for some of them, the system also indicates that they have been clicked on.

    However, the user or subscriber says that they did not receive all of the emails.

    Unfortunately, I have to say that this is not reliable, as they mention an email that they did not receive, even though the system indicates that it was clicked on.

    However, most of the emails that are missing are not marked as read.

    What could be the problem here?

    I use the program with SMTP settings, and the SPF and MX records are set up correctly for email on the hosting, and DKIM is also set up correctly.

    So far, only this one user has reported a problem.

    Hello,

    if this issue is limited to one subscriber, I’d think of an issue related to his mailbox rather than an issue with your mail server or the plugin itself. If you know this user personally, or he’s willing to help you with some troubleshooting, try to add his email address as test subscriber and perform some tests from the test send feature of the composer, or add his email address in Help > Delivery mail testing field.
