Drip Campaigns and Journeys like Mailchimp

We’re in the process of moving away from Mailchimp because it has become too expensive and too restrictive.
We need to make the final call between Mailpoet and The Newsletter plugin and would like to know two things.
1. Does Newsletter Plugin support Drip campaigns?
2. Can we create journeys like one can in Mailchimp.
Failing the journeys, can one use MS Power Automate or n8n.io to automate these flows via API?
