double opt-in option disappeared

I don’t see the opt-in configuration options.
The instruction video shows that there should be a opt-in configuration field, however when I look at that page (or any other configuration page) that option is not present.
We are using the free version. Can someone help me with enabling double opt-in?

Hi, the opt-in mode is present in the subscribe/subscription configuration page (on Newsletter top menu, under List Building).
