Delivery takes much more time

Problems with delivery speed after recent update – not sure if it’s main plugin or SMTP addon.

I’ve been using both of them literally for years, and 10000 emails within an hour has been a normal speed. After recent update now it takes about 700 email per hour – way more slow. Please fix it!

And, kindly, send a test from the SMTP addon: it should report an estimated max speed.
