Database error when creating newsletter

When trying to save a newsletter after creating it, I get the message ‘Database error. If you were saving a newsletter try a table upgrade from the status panel.’

Trying the table upgrade from the status panel I get these errors:
‘It was not possible to run the conversion for the table wp_newsletter_emails – Table ‘wp_rb.wp_newsletter_emails’ doesn’t exist’
‘It was not possible to run the conversion for the table wp_newsletter_emails – Table ‘wp_rb.wp_newsletter’ doesn’t exist’

Hi, you’re missing all the newsletter plugin tables. Try to deactivate and reactivate it. If the tables are not created it means the database user set in your wp-config.php file has not the “create” permission.

Hi, thanks for your reply.

I’ve tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin but I still get the same issue. I’ve also verified that the database user has the ‘create’ permission as I was able to create a table manually while logged in as this user.
