Database Error – Import csv with special characters – UTF8

When importing .csv I get a database error.
In the folder no logs were found.

I found out that the import works until the first special character, then it is canceled.
cvs is in UTF8 format and the status panel shows blog charset and database chartset as UTF8 format.

What can it be or how do I create a csv that works?

if the database is utf-8 almost surely the file is not utf-8. Check it with an editor which lets you to switch between utf-8 and iso charsets.

Followed the advise of Stefano. Now the entry is skipped. Curious thing is when I add the record by hand, I can copy the text from the spreadsheet I exported the original CSV from and the “é” is accepted.
