    Hi Stefano,

editing a template and selecting list I get “database error” if I want to save. I already deactivated/reactivated the plugin, but nothing helps.
In the logfile store-2017-02-c0096168.txt I found
    16-02-2017 12:59:21 – FATAL – m: 24,1 MB, u: 30 –
    16-02-2017 12:59:21 – FATAL – m: 24,1 MB, u: 30 – SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM wp_newsletter_emails

Also created an empty newsletter, but result is the same:
    16-02-2017 13:13:46 – FATAL – m: 24,3 MB, u: 30 –
    16-02-2017 13:13:46 – FATAL – m: 24,3 MB, u: 30 – SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM wp_newsletter_emails

“database error” happens also if I select gender.

As I cannot save there is no possibility to test …

    What can I do?

    Thank You

Sometime I encountered this problem with special characters (accented or emoji), even if it should solved. If you create a blank newsletter does it saves correctly? Can you check the database encoding in the newsletter status panel? Should be something like utf8 ot utf8mb4.

    Stefano.

I created a blank newsletter (I said “empty”) and the result is the same. Database charset is utf8 and blog charset also.

I have exactly the same problem (and reported in a message dated March 15, 2019). Any idea on how to solve that?
    Thanks.
