Customize minimal form style (Button)

Hello I’m using minimal style form on my site. [newsletter_form type="minimal"]
But it has display issue.

Question:
1. How to change the button height?
2. How to add padding between text field and the button?
3. How to change the button’s color?
4. How to make the button outline?
5. How to make the button have hover effect? (mouse over)

Hi, you can add your custom css rules to skin the minimal form. You can add them to your theme or in the extra css rules on subscription configuration panel of Newsletter.
