Hi,
I have created my own block that takes all posts from last 7 days, and have added a profile field (dropdown, though checkbox would be better if we could support that?) to say whether the user wants full post text or just the excerpt.

How do I access this field in the block so I can edit the output based on user?

It is not possible to change the block rendering by subscriber, once the newsletter is created it is sent to all user in the final rendered format.
