custom tag : title of last article

Hello,

I need to display a small text bloc with the last article’s title. For exemple i want display : “you didn’t read : last news title” in a single paragraphe bloc.
And why not in the object of the mail.

I use pro license, with automated newsletter.

How can i do that ?
