Custom Forms – how redirect to URL after send?

I built own form – it’s works great. But in this case I want to show (after sending forms) a message other than a standard message (universal setup for other my subscriptions).
I don’t need confirmation for this subscription. I thought that I can redirect traffic to a specific page. Is it possible?
